Move With Greater Confidence in Everyday Life

Physiotherapy can support mobility, strength, balance, comfort, coordination, and physical participation in the activities that matter to the participant.

Physical Support Connected to Functional Goals

Movement needs can affect personal care, transfers, walking, community access, recreation, work, and confidence. Physiotherapy should connect clinical assessment with practical goals that are meaningful in everyday life.

Fresh Start Wellness provides goal-oriented physiotherapy tailored to the participant's physical abilities, environment, preferences, and available supports. We assess current function, identify barriers and risks, and develop strategies or exercise programs that can be safely integrated into daily routines.

Where appropriate and authorised, we collaborate with families, carers, Occupational Therapists, Support Coordinators, and other professionals.
