Psychological Support Centred on the Individual
Emotional and psychosocial challenges can affect relationships, routines, confidence, decision-making, and the ability to take part in daily activities. Support should be adapted to the participant's communication, learning style, culture, goals, and current circumstances.
Fresh Start Wellness provides structured, compassionate, and evidence-informed psychological support. We work collaboratively to understand the participant's experience, identify meaningful goals, and develop practical strategies that can be used beyond the appointment.
Depending on the referral and scope, support may address emotional regulation, anxiety, low mood, trauma-related concerns, coping, resilience, interpersonal difficulties, behavioural patterns, and complex psychosocial needs.
